Class Details

  • Trials, Drop-Ins, & Make-Ups must be scheduled online before attending class

  • Membership fee: includes 10-15% off camps

  • 10% sibling discount

  • Active military/service discount of 10%

  • Makeups allowed within a 3 month period and student has to be enrolled 

  • Students enrolled in class must be on a billing cycle

  • Trial classes are $15 ($20 for CA)

  • Mini - lvl 7 classes are 1 hour long and consist of a 15 min dynamic warmup and stretch with two 20 min rotations and the last 5 min is for a structured activity or open gym.

  • Homeschool Classes include an additional 30min of open gym to ensure they get proper exercise and time to socialize with other homeschool friends.

  • All of our classes run on an 8 week program. 6 weeks of different focuses week 7 is review week and week 8 is our assessment week. During week 8 students will be given the opportunity to move into the next level!

  • Billing runs on a four week schedule. If you sign up mid-session classes are automatically pro-rated. Makeups are allowed if on active autopay and must be done within a 1 month period. These can be scheduled through our front desk or scheduled through your account. If you cancel your enrollment your makeup classes are also cancelled. If a makeup class is scheduled and you don’t show up, the class is counted as attended.

  • Cancellations for the following session must be received by the 20th of the current month or you will be held responsible for the following month payment.

Mini Ninjas

Ages 4-5 Yrs

Train like your favorite ninja warriors during this hour long class. Become fast like lightning, daring and quick to get across the obstacles. Mini Ninjas will train on the same course as the Ninja kids, but obstacles can be adjusted to fit their small, but mighty size.

Homeschool parkour

Ages 6-14 Yrs

Students will aquire social skills, develop meaningful friendships, and become parkour pros in the process. This class is 60 minutes of instruction plus 30 min of supervised Open Gym. The 6 main areas of the class include jumps, vault, walls, bars, free-running and ukemi. At first, students will be developing strength and balance as well as learn proper technique. As students progress through the levels, they will build courage and confidence as-well as learn how to do a variety of parkour skills, on, and over obstacles. We are proud vendors of Blue Ridge & Excel Charter School.

Flips & Tricks

Ages 6-14 Yrs

Students will learn to flip and twist through their environment during this hour long class. The 6 main areas of the class include Trampoline, Drop, Floor, Vault, Wall, & Bar. This is a beginner friendly class. At first students will be developing strength and balance as well as learning rolls, body shapes, and how to bail before learning to flip. As students progress through the levels, they learn how to do a variety of flips & tricks off, on, and over obstacles. This is a fantastic class to supplement with a parkour class or to help your competition athlete with their style runs.

Teen/Adult Parkour

Ages 14+ Yrs

(Florida Location Only) Parent’s join your kids to learn these awesome new skills together! We will teach you the foundations of parkour, ninja warrior, basic tumbling, and full body strength integration. All levels encouraged, modifications for all can be made!

Parkour

Ages 6+ Yrs

Students will learn to move through their environment efficiently & stylishly during this hour long class. The 6 main areas of the class include jumps, vault, walls, bars, free-running and ukemi. At first, students will be developing strength and balance as well as learn proper technique. As students progress through the levels, they will build courage and confidence as-well as learn how to do a variety of parkour skills, on, and over obstacles.

All Parkour Classes Follow The Level System Down Below

LVL 1 Parkour: Foundations

Ages 6+

This is designed to be a FUN introductory class by combining the elements of parkour, ninja warrior, and tumbling skills. Students will leave here sweaty, tired and feeling great! 

(Students will need to complete approximately two 8-week sessions in this class before testing to for level 2.) 

* LVL 1: Foundations is 1 hour long and consist of a 15 min dynamic warmup and stretch with two 20 min rotations and the last 5 min is for a structured activity or open gym.

 

LVL 2 parkour: Elements

Ages 6+

Students will delve deeper into the core foundations of parkour technique. The focus will be on having good technique in the basic parkour skills, including elements on the floor, vaults, walls, bars, and tumbling skills. Students will improve full body strength and control in this class.

(Typically 2-3 sessions in this class before testing into level 3)

* LVL 2: Elements is 1 hour long and consist of a 15 min dynamic warmup and stretch with two 20 min rotations and the last 5 min is for a structured activity or open gym.

 

LVL 3 parkour: Accelerate

Ages 6+

Students will combine acceleration or speed with their basic skills that they have learned in FUNdamental and Foundation classes. They will begin to chain together different skills and add flow to their practice. Students will improve agility, strength, and speed.

(Typically 3-4 sessions in this class before testing into level 4)

 

LVL 4 parkour: Elevate

Ages 8+

This class will build upon previous skills and elevate them to higher surfaces or longer distances on the vaults, walls, bars, as well as increased difficulty of floor tricks. Students will continue to improve strength, speed, agility. They will also begin to explore ways to get past mental barriers, such as overcoming fear by training for the skill.

(Typically 4 or more sessions in this class before testing into level 5)

 

LVL 5 parkour: Integrate

Ages 8+

This class will teach students how to integrate all the elements of parkour; difficulty, technique, speed, flow, execution and creativity. (Students will progress at their own pace).

 

LVL 6 Parkour: Innovate

Ages 8+

Students have become their own masters and are now ready to start creating and exploring their own types of movement, skills, and movement patterns.
