3 Vital Functions:
Lead high-energy, high-safety, engaging classes aligned with the 13-week cycle.
Build connection with students and parents before, during, and after class.
Support the team culture through kindness, punctuality, and feedback readiness.

Mission: Elevate the floor experience and mentor newer coaches.
3 Vital Functions:
Mentor and support other coaches with live feedback and role modeling.
Help run team huddles, warmups, and transitions across programs.
Own an additional program or task (e.g., Theme Night, testing, comp team).

Mission: Help lead the facility while owning critical systems.
3 Vital Functions:
Oversee specific systems (e.g., birthday parties, open gym, clinics) with full ownership.
Support daily operations and floor coverage when directors are off or unavailable.
Train and guide junior staff on execution, tone, and parent engagement.

Mission: Drive the health of the gym through team leadership, retention, and execution.
3 Vital Functions:
Lead and grow your team — hiring, mentoring, performance check-ins.
Drive retention and parent satisfaction through communication and accountability.
Oversee operational execution — events, enrollments, scheduling, and cleanliness.

Support and mentor Facility Directors through weekly calls, visits, and check-ins.
Audit and ensure system alignment and culture consistency.
Recruit and develop leaders for future roles and expansion.

Own P&L health — profitability, strategic growth, and long-term planning.
Build culture — recruit values-aligned people and shape the mission.
Expand reach — open locations, develop community presence, and scale the movement.
